Set a Deposit Limit

Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately once set, and any increase requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Time Limits & Reminders

Decide in advance how long you want to play each day. When the time is up, 999bd vom will alert you and your session will pause automatically.

Temporary Break

Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. No bets or deposits can be placed during this period. Once the time is up, you can reactivate your account yourself.

Self-Exclusion

Exclude yourself from 999bd vom for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, your account cannot be accessed under any circumstances.

Set a Loss Limit

Round-the-Clock Support

Our support team is trained in responsible gaming and available 24/7 via live chat. If you're struggling, don't hesitate to reach out — everything you share is kept confidential.

1What Is Responsible Gaming and Why It Matters

Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as a leisure activity — not as a source of financial stress or mental strain. 999bd vom believes that with the right approach, online betting and gaming can be safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh. But for some, it can go beyond entertainment. That's why 999bd vom treats responsible gaming not just as a policy, but as part of our culture. Every feature is designed to help you stay in control.

Remember: gaming should be funded with disposable money, not money set aside for life's essentials. Set your limits before you start.

2How to recognize the signs of problem gaming

Gaming addiction doesn't happen overnight — it builds gradually. 999bd vom wants you to recognize the warning signs early. Stay alert if you notice any of the following:

Ask Yourself:
Spending beyond your budget but can't seem to stop?
Are you placing bigger bets to try to win back what you've lost?
Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
Do you feel restless or irritable when you're not gaming?
Is gaming cutting into time for work, studies, or family?
Have you tried to stop gaming but couldn't?

If you answered "Yes" to two or more questions, consider seeking help now.

Problem gambling is not a sign of weakness — it's a behavioural issue that can be addressed with the right support. 999bd vom's support team is ready to help, without judgment.

3Simple tips for safer gaming

Follow these habits to keep enjoying 999bd vom over the long run:

  • Set Your Budget in Advance: Decide how much you're willing to spend on gaming each month before you start — and stick to it.
  • Set a Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play. Use a timer or 999bd vom's session limit tools.
  • Don't Chase Your Losses: Chasing losses is the biggest trap in problem gambling. If you're on a losing streak, stop and call it a day.
  • Don't Play Under the Influence or When Tired: When your mind isn't clear, your ability to make good decisions is compromised.
  • Don't Treat Gaming as a Source of Income: Gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income.
  • Keep the Thrill of Winning Separate from Financial Gain: Winning feels great — but it won't happen every time. Keep that in mind.
  • Take Regular Breaks: Avoid long sessions. Take at least a 10-minute break every hour.
